I found communication w/ERG welcoming and the use of the website, easy to navigate. The bouquet I chose was lovely, and from the photo sent by my friend, perfect in every detail, to what I viewed and ordered. Delivery was prompt, within 24 hours, as advised; considerate and professional w/a call ahead to my friend…. Weather was quite warm in D.C., blooms arrived fresh and w/no wilting.
