A+ service from start to finish! I ordered an orchid, and they promptly reached out to let me know they didn’t have the exact one available. Rather than simply canceling the order, they told me they were heading to the flower wholesaler and would contact me with the options they could find. They followed up quickly, helped me select a beautiful orchid, and had it hand-delivered the very same day. Excellent communication, incredibly responsive, and truly went above and beyond. I will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them!

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
